AU Living Building Construction Ltd. is currently hiring *experienced Drywall Tapers / Seamfillers* for ongoing projects in the *Moncton, New Brunswick area*.

Requirements

• Minimum *3 years of professional drywall taping / seamfilling experience*
• Must be able to *work independently without supervision*
• Must be experienced with *Level 4 drywall finishing*
• Able to complete *taping, coating, corner beads, inside/outside corners, sanding, touch-ups and repairs*
• Must produce clean, professional work *ready for paint*
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to meet project schedules
• Must have your *own basic taping tools*
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a construction team

Responsibilities

• Complete drywall taping and seamfilling from start to finish
• Apply tape and multiple coats as required
• Install and finish corner beads
• Sand and complete final touch-ups
• Identify and repair deficiencies
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete assigned areas according to project schedule

Compensation

*Competitive hourly or piece-work rates based on experience and ability.*
