Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Specialist / Consultant ENT to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, manage complex cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care.

Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.

Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.

Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment.

Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.

Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.

Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.

Strong knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
