Production Engineer Assistant Manager

1.Production Engineering Management -Assign tasks to supervisors and employees in the production engineering function. -Inspect machine and equipment readiness for New Model activities. 2.Workplace Safety Management

• Supervise employees’ work practices.
• Identify and inspect potential hazardous points.
• Verify the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

3.Personnel Development Promotion -Train supervisors, new employees, and transferred staff. -Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee training. -Conduct employee performance evaluations. -Provide guidance and consultation to employees. 4.Manage operations to achieve work goals and employee satisfaction.

6.Other job responsibilities: -Control new investment projects, new model event and check condition machining process and CNC lathe and execute continuous. -improvement projects to improve production processes, equipment, and tooling. -Conduct engineering investigations supporting rapid problem solving of quality escapes and implementation of corrective action. -Kaizen improving activity, 5S and Loss (Muda) reduced in utilities system and promoting energy saving. -Control schedule new and existing products in accordance with relevant engineering drawing and standard

Qualifications: Age 35 years up. And has at least 3-5 years of experience managing a production engineering department. Bechalor's Degree of Engineering program in Industrial engineering Industrial production engineer responsible for manufacturing process Control leading productivity improvements machining process. Check CNC lathe program of machine and drawing 5 to 10 years in Manufacturing Engineering role in CNC operations and Manufacturing Expert, specialist CNC program and Autocad for maintain manufacturing process. Have a thorough understanding and good working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
