Import-Export Supervisor & Customs Specialist (Automotive)

• To supervise import and export clearance processes, ensuring high operational standards, regulatory compliance under customs privilege BOI, Free Zone, 19 BIS, FTA, etc).
• Responsible for the pre-classification and review of HS Codes for all company products, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of applicable tariff codes.
• Represent the company in handling communication with Thai Customs and Government Agencies including pre-ruling applications, on-site audit support, and responding to customs inquiries.
• Monitoring and support business under BOI's regulations, company new machine project, BOI annual report, current BOI certificate.
• To give consultation to import-export team and other Departments about customs regulations and import/export privileges (BOI, Free Zone, FTA, 19 BIS)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transportation providers to facilitate import - export operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Male / Female, Thai nationality Requirements: Must hold a valid Customs Specialist Certificate issued by Thai Customs. At least 8-10 years’ experience in Customs compliance in Automotive, Manufacturing Industry or leading logistics and freight forwarding company. Proficient in Thai Customs Privilege and related import/export regulations such as BOI, Free Zone, FTA, 19 BIS, Customs Chapter 12, Duty Refund, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management & Business Administration or other related. experience in operation management with at least 8-10 years of leadership experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Good communication in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
