AssureAdvisors is seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow as a Life Insurance Consultant.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Accra, Ghana

Remuneration: Commission-based

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

• Educate clients on life insurance products, coverage options, benefits, and policy terms.

• Develop personalized life insurance proposals based on clients’ needs, goals, and budgets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and ongoing service.

• Generate leads, conduct client presentations, and work toward agreed sales targets.

• Prepare client applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with our independent agent network to support business development and client service.

Requirements

• Strong interest in life insurance and financial protection planning.

• Willingness to learn about life insurance products, sales, and financial protection solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.
