Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist (Construction)

Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
• Strong experience with construction billing and progress billing
• Hands-on experience preparing AIA Forms 702 and 703
• Understanding of change orders and construction project billing
• Experience with accounts receivable and collections/follow-up
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Experience using Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers regarding invoices and payments
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
