Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Supervise and support daily sales activities for hardware, construction materials, metal and engineering-related products/services . Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations, sales orders and related documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and existing customers. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding customer requirements. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics and project/site teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor sales targets and assist management in achieving monthly sales objectives. Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer, pricing and sales records. Handle customer feedback and resolve sales or delivery-related issues. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. Guide and supervise sales support staff where required. Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
