IT Support Analyst

An impressive global firm is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join its sizeable technology team in Central London.

Please note this role is hybrid – you’ll work from home 2 days per week with 3 days in the office.

Working as part of a collaborative IT team you will act a first point of contact for internal IT queries so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential.

It is expected that you will have knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Azure, Windows10/11 and Teams.

You will monitor, triage and resolve support tickets coming into the IT Service Desk, providing 1 st and some 2 nd line support for system and hardware issues.

You will work with users to resolve technical problems and will escalate issues to 2 nd and 3 rd line engineers as needed.
