Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build business and HR domain knowledge to support system development and maintenance.
• Provide consultation to customers in the role of Business Analyst.
• Gather and document customer requirements.
• Analyze requirements and produce system designs and specifications.
• Conduct system testing.
• Coordinate user training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk to resolve incidents.
• Facilitate and support vendors in resolving analysis issues, as needed.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement and a better user experience.

Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP
• SuccessFactors, including:
• Core HR and Payroll (EC, ECP, Benefit, Time) Talent Management (e.g., Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning)
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows
• Integration using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center, including employee data replication to S/4HANA or ECC
• Reporting with Story Reports / People Analytics, and data migration (import/export)
• SQL and Excel for data analysis
• Requirements gathering and functional specification

Soft Skills:

• HR Process knowledge
• Analytical and logical thinking, adaptability, creativity, and a positive attitude
• Able to work in challenging situations
• Fast Learner

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT and as a Consultant/Business Analyst. SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable. Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Good interpersonal & communication skills with a good service mind.
