HR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR files. Handle employee enquiries and support employee relations. Assist with payroll preparation and statutory documentation. Support performance management, training, and staff welfare activities. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and Nigerian labour regulations. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Requirements:
BSc/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of HR experience preferred. Good knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; HRIS experience is an advantage. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000
