WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:
- Effectively lead, develop and manage relationships with assigned business partners to influence and drive business growth
- Act as the primary contact for assigned business partners and investors and establish excellent service standards through proactive interaction
- Analyze business needs of business partners to formulate marketing strategies and prepare engagement materials and presentations
- Provide investment advisory and trusted advice to business partners and investors in collaboration with team members across various functions
- Take ownership to ensure that all records on investor and partnership profiles are accurate, complete and ready for processing, such as KYC, AML, and other onboarding information required
- Execute a strategic view of investors’ accounts and closely monitor their portfolio quality
- Strong knowledge in investment products and strategies
- Ensures key issues and feedback are communicated in a concise and effective manner to influence and gain buy-in from partners and investors so as to drive positive engagement experience
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives
