GET READY TO:
- Conduct detailed, financial and collateral analysis on credit requests
- Research and prepare credit documentation including: cash flow projections, business financial statements, industry/market analysis and feasibility of the transaction
- Prepare loan memorandum for presentation to credit committee
- Interpret and apply Bank credit policies. Follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring of portfolio including covenant compliance and annual reviews
- Participate in client meetings with relationship managers as required
YOUR PROFILE:
- Good financial analytical skills with sound judgment and decision making abilities
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of business financial statements. Previous experience in “Big-4” audit companies would be a strong advantage
- Display high reasoning skills with ability to define and resolve problems
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment
