We're looking to hire 10x Senior AI Engineers for a top client here in Singapore. Large scale impact, top employer, massive projects, one of the biggest AI teams in Singapore. Fabulous opportunity for anyone who is serious about getting their hands on some of the biggest landscapes in tech. Ideally you have come from a strong data engineering background or software development into AI engineering, with a passion and interest in taking this company into what we hope is an "AI native" player. Its a big ambition but can be possible if we have the right people coming in.

• Python & Software Engineering - production-grade services, APIs, distributed systems and strong engineering fundamentals
• Data Engineering - Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Delta Lake, Parquet and large-scale data pipelines
• LLM Engineering - OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen and other frontier/open-weight models
• Agentic AI - AI agents, tool calling, multi-agent systems, MCP and emerging agent-to-agent architectures
• RAG & Search - embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, reranking and enterprise knowledge systems
• Model Deployment & Inference - vLLM, llama.cpp, Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure and high-throughput inference
• AI Platforms & MLOps - MLflow, model registries, evaluation, observability, CI/CD and automated deployment
• Cloud AI - AWS, Azure or GCP AI/ML platforms and large-scale cloud-native architecture
• AI Security & Governance - model security, prompt-injection defence, access controls, guardrails and responsible AI
• AI Evaluation & Optimisation - eval frameworks, fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, quantisation, latency and cost optimisation
