Job Summary Assist the lead carpenter by performing site visits to evaluate conditions and take measurements, understanding construction drawings to assess and order materials, and executing hands-on fabrication and installation with strong carpentry skills. Responsibilities Assist the lead carpenter in fabrications to support project completion Conduct site visits to evaluate site conditions and take accurate measurements for project planning Interpret construction drawings to assess material needs and place orders accordingly Apply expert carpentry methodology to perform hands-on fabrication and installation tasks Communicate effectively with interior designers (IDs) and project team members to ensure alignment and progress Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently Demonstrate self-motivation to manage tasks proactively and meet deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
