Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced FS Teacher Assistant (English speaking) to start in January 2027. The ideal candidate will support the teacher in providing a high-quality educational experience for students by assisting the classroom management and student supervision.

Requirements:

Secondary education is mandatory

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for working with children and helping them succeed

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Able to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times

Core responsibilities

Working with the relevant teachers to appropriately support all matters pertaining to the day-to-day running of the school day

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation by getting resources ready and setting up equipment

Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean and organised

Communicate, where relevant, in a professional manner with parents
