Executive - Account and Finance

Position objective

Responsible for store cash entries, sales reconciliation entries, petty cash verification and entries, fixed assets entries, event sales, and all accounting entries.

Key responsibilities

Ensuring timely and accurate entries of DSS and petty cash, completing all entries, sales reconciliation checking, and verification on time.

Verifies store staff incentive.

Responsible for store credit card entries and reconciliation.

Checking and review of other admin expenses, which consist mainly of store-related expenses like water and electricity/telephone/petty cash, and providing proper provision amount for MIS purpose.

Provision booking for every month and reversal of month-end entry on time.
