About the Role
Our client, a choice property development company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and lead generation by planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
The role involves managing content, analysing campaign metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet commercial and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital (SEO, PPC, email) and traditional media Write, proofread, and oversee the production of compelling marketing copy for newsletters, advertisements, websites, and social media Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities Ensure all marketing collateral and communications align with brand guidelines Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in a marketing executive, digital marketer, or similar role Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), and design platforms (e.g., Canva or Adobe) Strong ability to interpret data, track ROI, and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail
