📍 Location: Singapore 💼 Position: US Equity Trader 🏢 Employment Type: Proprietary Trading 💰 Compensation: SGD 7,000–12,000/month + performance bonus and profitsharing 📈 Compensation Note: For candidates with strong, verifiable tradingperformance, compensation and profit-sharing arrangements may be negotiatedseparately.

Job Responsibilities

The US Equity Trader will be responsible for trading,research, and risk management using the company’s proprietary capital in the USequity markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Trade stocks listed on Nasdaq and NYSE;
• Research key sectors including technology, artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, and related investment opportunities;
• Execute active trading strategies, including intraday trading, swing trading, and event-driven trading;
• Develop trading plans, position-sizing strategies, and risk management measures based on market conditions;
• Execute trades independently while strictly managing stop-losses, position sizes, leverage, and maximum drawdown;
• Conduct regular trade reviews, performance analysis, and P&L analysis;
• Continuously optimize trading strategies to improve risk-adjusted returns;
• Comply with the company’s internal trading policies, risk limits, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of live trading experience in the US equity markets;
• Prior experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office, or asset management firm is preferred;
• Proven experience managing real capital; candidates with only paper-trading or simulated trading experience will not be considered;
• Ability to provide clear, complete, and verifiable historical trading records and P&L performance;
• Strong understanding of US market structure, including pre-market and after-hours trading, as well as major event-driven trading opportunities;
• A mature approach to position sizing, stop-loss management, and risk control;
• Ability to independently develop trading views, formulate trading plans, and take full responsibility for trading decisions;
• Must not rely on unverified trading signals or a single technical indicator when making trading decisions;
• Strong analytical, trade-review, and communication skills;
• Sufficient English proficiency for day-to-day work, market research, and team communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following areaswill have an advantage:

• Trading AI, semiconductor, or technology stocks;
• Nasdaq momentum trading;
• Equity options trading;
• Systematic or quantitative trading;
• Market-neutral or long/short strategies;
• Incorporating global macro factors into US equity trading decisions;
• Trading digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Digital asset trading experience is a plus, but is notrequired for this position.

Performance & Interview Assessment

We place greater emphasis on verifiable trading ability,risk management, and long-term consistency than on academic qualifications,job titles, or institutional background.

During the interview process, candidates should be able toclearly explain:

• Trading performance over the past 12–24 months;
• Monthly and annual P&L;
• Historical capital managed;
• Maximum drawdown;
• Maximum single-day and single-month losses;
• Core trading strategies and the market environments in which they are most effective;
• Average holding period and trading frequency;
• Position sizing, leverage, and risk-limit management;
• Their most successful and most representative failed trades;
• Their trade-review process and how they have improved their trading system over time.

All trading records provided by candidates will be handledconfidentially. Before receiving a larger capital allocation, candidates may berequired to complete interviews, background verification, and a small-scalelive trading assessment.
