We are looking for a Vehicle Protection Sales Specialist to join our Post Purchase Sales team. In this role, you will connect with customers who already own a vehicle and help them understand the benefits of extended protection coverage. By building rapport and identifying customer needs, you will guide customers toward the protection plan that best fits their vehicle and driving habits while contributing to the continued growth of APCO’s protection programs.

What You'll Do Build immediate rapport with customers, capture their interest, and confidently recommend the coverage solutions that best fit their vehicle needs.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a positive, customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of APCO products, services, and coverage options.

Leverage proprietary sales and CRM tools to effectively manage leads, appointments, and customer relationships.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual and organizational performance goals.

Meet or surpass key production metrics, including closed sales, outbound calls, lead conversion, and other performance objectives as assigned.

Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment required.

Proven tele sales experience required.

Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Ability to work a flexible schedule within posted business hours

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales or telesales

Experience working with CRM or lead management systems

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Schedule Expectations This role operates within the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Your weekday schedule is set and would vary based on a consistent weekday schedule consisting of a 9-hour shift (1 hour for lunch). Each Warranty Specialist will work one late shift per week and one Saturday a month. You must have a flexible schedule and be available to work during the stated hours as needed. Schedules may be subject to change based on staffing or business needs.
