Creator Community and Partnership

We are looking for a proactive Creator Community & Partnership Specialist to help scale and engage our creator network. You will assist in managing MCN and community relationships, running creator activation programs, and supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Partner Management: Build and maintain daily relationships with internal creator groups, external communities, and MCN partners. Assist in onboarding new partners.

Activations & Campaigns: Help plan and execute creator events, creative challenges, educational workshops, and incentive programs to boost engagement.

Creator Acquisition & Growth: Support creator onboarding and assist in running programs that improve creator content output and performance.

Performance Tracking: Track community metrics, monitor campaign data, and provide insights to optimize future activities.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Commercial, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to align creator efforts with campaign goals.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL/Affiliate Specialist, Community Specialist, or in a similar role.

Strong passion for social media platforms, content creators, and MCN trends.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Basic data skills to track and report campaign numbers.
