We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to serve as the vital link between our operations and regulatory excellence . You won’t just manage the flow of goods; you will ensure that every product we sell meets the highest legal and ethical standards for e-commerce.

What You'll Do

Process accreditation documents for e-commerce fulfillment in compliance with FDA

Ensure compliance with FDA and ASC (Ad Standards Council) requirements

Maintain and update product certifications and licenses

Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies

Monitor regulatory and policy updates

Who You Are

Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines

At least 1 year of experience in documentation or regulatory work

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
