ORDINARY SEAMAN

The Ordinary Seaman assists the Deck Officers, Able Seaman, and Bosun in the safe operation, maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the vessel. The OS performs general deck duties, assists with mooring and anchoring operations, cargo operations, maintenance work, and emergency duties under proper supervision.
