FOURTH MARINE ENGINEER

The Fourth Engineer assists the senior engineering officers in the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the vessel's machinery and equipment. The Fourth Engineer is normally responsible for assigned auxiliary machinery and engine-room watchkeeping duties.
