Senior Chef De Partie

Assist the head chef in providing catering service to customers and clients Assist in maintaining an efficient ordering system in accordance with company policy Assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen record system in line with company policy Manage deliveries and stock rooms in line with company policy Control stock; reduce waste and drive sales Complete all records as directed accurately and in a timely manner Provide an efficient and friendly service to customers and serve customers in a timely and efficient manner if required Ensure all areas within kitchen control are clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times Ensure the safety and security of the company and client property and money Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your workplace, this will include but not be limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely. Report all complaints and compliments to line manager, taking action where practicable Report any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities to the line manager, taking appropriate action where possible

Hold relevant cookery qualifications (Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery) Have experience in cooking a western-style menu. Experience with banquets also advantageous Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment Be able to coach and motivate less experienced members of the kitchen team Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have a positive, proactive attitude.  Specialized in classical western cuisine, preferred experience in high volume A-LA-CARTE all-day-dining concepts

Mandatory experience in GCC countries and 5 stars hotels.

English language required.
