Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Conducting formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance, and financial reporting. Analyzing real estate market trends, transactional data, and rental yields to determine accurate property values. Overseeing the daily operations of commercial, residential, or industrial properties. Managing lease agreements, rent collection, service charges, and lease renewals or terminations. Coordinating regular maintenance, property inspections, repairs, and vendor contracts. Ensuring property operations adhere to relevant property laws, environmental standards, and local regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of HND. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
