Senior Design Coordinator (Arch)

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Engineering Workflow Oversight

• Oversee engineering workflows, schedules,and coordination among various engineering disciplines to ensure effectivecollaboration and communication.

1. Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as a liaison between project managers,engineering teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitateproject progress and resolve issues.

1. Document Control and Compliance

• Monitor technical document control,ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of drawing flowand project documentation.

1. Milestone Management

• Ensure that project milestones areachieved within the established timeframes and budget constraints.
• Implement corrective actions as necessaryto keep projects on track.

1. Technical Query Resolution

• Handle technical queries (TQ/RFI) andcoordinate resolutions, ensuring prompt communication of information torelevant parties.

1. Site Engineering Support

• Manage site engineering support andcoordinate procurement of materials based on project specifications, ensuringtimely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

1. Model and Drawing Development

• Draw models and create drawings based onproject specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.

1. Variation Notification

• Notify the Quantity Surveyor (QS) of anyvariations and maintain a record of these changes for budgeting and projecttracking purposes.
