As a Technical Training Engineer, you will have the opportunity to build the training and operator-certification programs that turn our engineering standards into a skilled, consistent production workforce, and help stand up training for new product lines as ANA continues to scale.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Director of Technical Functions.

Build and maintain the operator skills matrix and certification system, qualifying operators to a defined standard and keeping accurate, audit-ready training records.

Support operator hiring by identifying the skills and capability gaps for each role, helping define job requirements and screening criteria.

Apply lean and standardized-work principles, including TWI Job Instruction methods, to keep training consistent, repeatable, and current as processes change.

Partner with engineering, production supervisors, quality, and safety to identify capability gaps and close them.

Track training effectiveness, including time-to-competency, rework, first-pass yield, and cross-training coverage, and recommend improvements.
