Supply Chain And Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

End-to-end procurement: sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and audit-ready records including approval matrices and three-way matching.

High-standard warehouse management: zoning, 5S discipline, proper tagging and labelling.

Live stock tracking in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with zero off-system inventory.

Scheduled cycle counts, full inventory updates, and variance investigation.

Alignment with project directors, project managers, and construction managers to ensure supply never becomes the critical path.

Vendor partnerships: framework agreements, benchmarked pricing, and supplier performance management.

Full fleet management: utilization and fuel dashboards, maintenance scheduling, and cost-per-vehicle reporting.

Requirements

Eight or more years in construction or manufacturing supply chain, with strong Saudi market vendor knowledge.

Hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience including 5S, tagging systems, and cycle counting.

ERP-driven procurement control; Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is a strong plus.

Fleet or logistics management experience with dashboard-based reporting.

Demonstrated cost-reduction results and strong negotiation record with local and international suppliers; import and customs experience preferred.

Comfortable operating solo or with one to two coordinators; this is a build-the-function role.

Bilingual in Arabic and English.
