Sales Account Manager (Remote)

AMF System is seeking a proactive and highly organized Female Sales Account Manager to support our sales team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and experience in business development, CRM management, customer follow-up, and administrative support. Build and maintain a database of contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.

Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.

Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer communications.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Kuwait sales team.

Prepare reports, quotations, presentations, and business documents.

Handle professional email correspondence and general administrative tasks.

Submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Female candidate based in Egypt.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, CRM, Sales Support, or Administration.

Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
