CS and Operation Officer

Location: Sukhumvit / Asoke, Bangkok (Near BTS & MRT) Work Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days/Week) American Commercial Transport is looking for an energetic and service-minded CS and Operation Officer to join our dynamic Sales team!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 1.Manage Sea Freight Shipments: End-to-end — from initial booking to final delivery. 2.Connect with Customers: Provide proactive updates on shipment status, documentation requirements, and schedules. 3.Handle Shipping Documents: Prepare and review key export documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists. 4.Communicate & Coordinate: Coordinate with shipping lines regarding import and export shipments, including checking freight rates and related charges. 5.Documentation & Logistics Support: Prepare import and export documentation, coordinate with customs brokers (shipping agents), and arrange transportation with trucking providers. 6.Book Vessel Space: Coordinate with shipping lines, representatives, and agents to book cargo space on vessels.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–3 years in customer service within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics. Experience: 2–3 years in customer service within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics. •Sea Freight Knowledge: Strong understanding of export sea freight procedures, documentation, and international shipping rules. U.S. Trade Experience: Experience with or understanding of the U.S. market is a plus. Ability to communicate and coordinate with shipping lines regarding import/export shipments and freight rates. Capability to prepare import/export documentation, work with customs brokers, and arrange trucking. Proficiency in booking cargo space with shipping lines and agents.
