Technical Services Manager (Facilities)

Act as the main point of contact for all office matters, managing the relationship with building management and vendors Oversee building operations, security, maintenance and cleaning, keeping all building systems running efficiently Ensure safety, statutory compliance, utility inspections and emergency preparedness are in place Lead space planning, renovations and facilities budgeting, working with building owners and senior management Provide facilities oversight across APAC offices, handling routine repairs, supplies and day-to-day employee needs

Requirements At least 5-10 years in maintenance supervision or a related field, with facilities management background Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
