Business Analyst/ System Analyst

Lead requirement gathering and business analysis activities for projects related to TFRS 9, finance, accounting, and regulatory reporting. ·       Work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to understand business objectives, pain points, and process gaps. ·       Translate business requirements into clear business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), process flows, use cases, and user stories. ·       Analyze current processes, data flows, and system functionalities to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design. ·       Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered correctly. ·       Support impact assessment for changes related to Expected Credit Loss (ECL), staging, impairment calculation, reporting, and data requirements under TFRS 9. ·       Collaborate with data teams to define required data sources, data mapping, reconciliation logic, and reporting needs.

Qualifications: 5+ Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or related industries. Strong hands-on knowledge of TFRS 9, especially in areas such as ECL, impairment, staging, regulatory / financial reporting, and related data requirements. Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design support, and testing lifecycle.   Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
