Banking Section Head FMCG

Fully proficient in handling the Electronic Invoicing System .

Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle for all company obligations, from invoice processing through final payment.

Supervise the matching of invoices with Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

Coordinate with the Procurement and Warehouse Departments to resolve any issues related to invoices, quantities, or deliveries.

Record all supplier invoices and ensure their accuracy and completeness.

Prepare accounting entries related to supplier accruals and payments .

Maintain an updated Supplier Master Data including all relevant supplier information.

Monitor supplier outstanding balances through Accounts Payable Aging Reports and follow up on payment due dates.

Monitor purchase orders, quantities actually received, and outstanding quantities.

Manage and follow up with local and foreign service providers and monitor financial obligations arising from company contracts.

Prepare and review the monthly supplier trial balance .

Prepare reports related to suppliers and purchases .

Reconcile supplier accounts at the end of each financial period.

Prepare financial analysis of supplier accounts at the end of each financial period.

Monitor Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax .

Fully proficient in the Electronic Tax System , including the calculation and submission of monthly and quarterly tax returns and other required tax declarations.

Monitor bank accounts and perform periodic bank reconciliations accurately.

Ensure compliance with the company's internal financial policies, procedures, and applicable tax laws and regulations .

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce – Accounting Major from an Egyptian university.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting , including at least 3 years in Banking, Treasury, or a similar role .

Previous supervisory/team leadership experience is preferred.

Experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry is a plus.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel .

Good experience with ERP systems and accounting software .

Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payments, transfers, and liquidity management.
