COST ACCOUNTANT

JOB OVERVIEW A Cost Accountant is responsible for analyzing and managing the costs of a company’s operations. This includes cost control, financial analysis and budgeting to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability. The role involves monitoring operational expenses, preparing costs reports, and supporting management in decision-making.

Qualifications/Requirements: Education, Skills and Knowledge BS Accountancy Good communication skills to clearly explain their insights, present their findings to stakeholders, and create accurate reports Strong organizational skills to manage their tasks and present their findings in a clear and ordered manner. Strong analytical skills that analyze raw data, look for trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to help organization cut costs and improve performance. Familiarity with different programs to be used in analysis, forecasting and report creation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other Accounting Systems (SAP Business One) Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
