Hands-On Site Role | Class 3 Driving Licence Required If you are an engineer who enjoys solving actual site problems, working with tools and seeing the installation completed properly—not spending the whole day behind a desk—this role is for you. Alleviative Engineering Pte. Ltd. is looking for a practical and dependable M&E Installation Engineer to strengthen our site execution team. You will work across ACMV, electrical, fire-protection and A&A projects, with direct involvement from site survey and installation through testing and handover. What You Will Do Personally carry out and lead installation works on site.

Survey actual site conditions, take measurements and plan practical installation routes.

Read drawings, schematics and specifications and translate them into actual site installation.

Work with technicians and supervisors to complete installations safely and correctly.

Demonstrate installation methods and guide workers through difficult or technical work.

Install, inspect and troubleshoot M&E equipment, services, containment, cables, controls, piping, ductwork and supports.

Use hand tools, power tools and testing instruments confidently and safely.

Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions directly on site.

Plan daily manpower, materials, tools, access equipment and work sequences.

Check workmanship and rectify defects before client or consultant inspections.

Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections and system handover.

Coordinate regulated electrical work with the appointed Licensed Electrical Worker where required.

Prepare simple progress updates, testing records, photographs and as-built information.

Drive to different project sites and assist with the transportation of tools or materials when required.

Take ownership of assigned installation works from start to completion.

What We Are Looking For At least 4 years of practical site-installation experience.

Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is compulsory.

Genuine hands-on ability with tools, installation work and technical troubleshooting.

Experience in ACMV, electrical, fire-protection or general building M&E works.

Able to read drawings and understand how services should be installed on site.

Able to lead workers while remaining personally involved in the work.

Practical, resourceful and capable of making sound site decisions.

Responsible for quality, safety, productivity and completion.

Willing to support night, weekend or shutdown works when required by the project.
