Key responsibilities

Prepare and develop high-quality coffee and beverage products.

Train staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service standards.

Develop and maintain beverage recipes and preparation procedures.

Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to company standards.

Monitor hygiene, food safety, and operational best practices.

Support new product development and menu innovation.

Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in the coffee and food & beverage industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, beverages, and F&B operations.

Previous experience in training and coaching staff is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Passion for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
