Functieomschrijving Grocery Delivery Driver Zwolle | Part-Time | Start Quickly
As a Delivery Driver for Albert Heijn Online, you start your shift at the distribution location on Siegentstraat 7 in Zwolle. You collect your handheld scanner, receive your delivery route and check that all grocery crates are complete before carefully loading your delivery van.
Once you're ready, you head out independently to deliver groceries to customers throughout Zwolle and the surrounding area. Every day you visit different neighbourhoods and meet a wide variety of customers. You make sure every order arrives safely, on time and with excellent customer service. If customers have questions about their order or need to make a payment, you assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
During your route, you collect empty crates and returns, verify age-restricted products according to Dutch regulations and report any delivery details through the mobile app. At the end of your shift, you return to the depot, unload your van and discuss any important updates with your supervisor.
