Affiliate Internship

Job Description

• Scout and recruit new high-quality affiliates daily, with barter collaboration as a priority.
• Schedule product deliveries to affiliates.
• Record and update registered affiliates along with their adjusted commission schemes.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries via WhatsApp and TikTok.
• Ensure affiliates follow the agreed schedule and monitor their performance.
• Manage affiliates for special programs to boost products or campaigns.
• Support operational processes TikTok Live on special events (PayDay, Double Date, etc.).

Requirements

• Min 6th semester or undergraduate students with few classes, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relation or a related field
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Slides.
• Familiar with Google Sheets (for tracking and data analysis).
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Creative, initiative-driven, and up-to-date with digital trends.
• Able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership of content and timelines.
• Communicative and fast response.
• Available for 6 months internship period
