Position: Waiter / Waitress

Accountability Summary

Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages accurately, and addressing guest needs to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Order Taking: Present menus, answer questions, and write down guest orders accurately to ensure correct service.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards.
• Guest Assistance: Observe guests to respond to additional requests and determine when the meal is completed.
• Payment Processing: Accept payment and pass it to the cashier to ensure accurate billing.
• Problem Solving: Address guest complaints immediately by escalating them to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Coordination: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar via the POS system to ensure timely preparation.
• Professionalism: Maintain appropriate standards of hygiene, uniform, and conduct to represent the resort professionally

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• High School.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.

Salary + Benefits Offered:

• 1,500 AED + sharing accommodation (no live-out allowance) + 3 x Meals/day + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided.
