Creative Graphic Designer

As a Jakarta & Bali-based digital marketing agency, AITIMEDIA helps businesses grow through integrated and results-driven marketing solutions.

At AITIMEDIA, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a highly creative and experienced team in a fast-growing environment. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us as a Creative Graphic Designer based in Jakarta

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials for both online and offline campaigns, including social media content, advertisements, events, and other marketing projects
  • Research and explore innovative design techniques and creative solutions to produce engaging visual content
  • Manage and organize creative assets effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the Account and creative team to fulfill clients’ design needs
  • Create fresh, dynamic, and visually appealing graphic and video content for various client brands
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Handle multiple brand/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Multimedia, or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and/or video editing projects
  • Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box, especially in content creation
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication
  • Up-to-date with current design trends and digital creative developments
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
