Maintenance Technician (Breakdown) New Position

1. Analyze root causes of machine breakdowns and perform corrective actions to equipment to normal operation.
2. Repair, replace, or improve worn-out parts to prevent recurring breakdowns and improve machine.
3. Record maintenance activities, including repair details, downtime, and spare parts used, in the Maintenance Log system.
4. Summarize recurring issues and report them to supervisors, providing recommendations for long-term preventive solutions.

Qualifications: Male age between 21 - 23 Years Old. Diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field Experience more than 1 year in maintenance or machine repair ( Manufacturing ) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdown situations Good communication and teamwork skills
