Drafter (Revit / AutoCAD) - ACMV

Company Overview Airnovation Engineering Pte Ltd specializes in coldstores and air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation works, providing design and installation services for large logistics warehouses and projects. Job Summary You will prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and design documents from design through construction to as-built stages, collaborating with Project Engineers and Managers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to ensure project accuracy Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate drawing preparation and resolve technical issues Maintain technical competency by staying current with drafting and BIM technologies relevant to project requirements Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery Organize and maintain proper softcopy archives of all drawings for easy retrieval and compliance Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes to support project execution Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards for client and internal use Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (explicitly stated as requirement) Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously to handle workload efficiently Proficiency in Revit (BIM modelling), AutoCAD , Navisworks, and Microsoft Office for technical drawing and documentation Strong communication skills in English and/or Chinese to facilitate clear coordination Excellent organization and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage priorities
