Senior IT Project Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a seasoned senior IT project manager to lead and execute high-impact technical initiatives for our loyalty program, mobile applications, and marketing technology platforms in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of proven experience in IT project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering complex, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, QA engineers, and external vendors

Manage end-to-end delivery of loyalty program enhancements, mobile app releases, and martech implementations

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Facilitate regular project status meetings and communicate updates to senior stakeholders

Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-implementation reviews

Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future initiatives

Required qualifications:

8-12 years of IT project management experience delivering technical solutions

Proven expertise in loyalty program technology platforms and integrations

Hands-on experience managing mobile application development and deployment

Deep understanding of marketing technology (martech) stack implementations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field

Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in business administration or IT management

Fluency in Arabic and English

Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market and with local regulatory requirements

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Adobe Campaign

Background in retail, hospitality, or travel loyalty programs

Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
