LMS Consultant

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced LMS consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will implement, configure, and optimize learning management and experience platforms—particularly Cornerstone LXP—to support our clients’ training and development initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable e-learning solutions, deliver user training, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize LMS and LXP solutions, with a focus on Cornerstone LXP

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Analyze training needs and recommend appropriate e-learning strategies and platform features

Develop and manage integrations between LMS/LXP platforms and HRIS, ERP, or other third-party systems

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for LMS/LXP environments

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user onboarding for administrators, instructors, and learners

Create documentation, user guides, and best practice guidelines

Monitor platform performance, produce usage reports, and recommend optimizations

Required qualifications:

3–10 years of experience implementing and supporting LMS and e-learning platforms

Proven hands-on experience with Cornerstone LXP and general LXP technologies

Strong technical knowledge of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and system architecture

Solid experience in system configuration, customization, and administration

Demonstrated ability to conduct user training and create instructional materials

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

Certifications in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms

Experience integrating LMS/LXP with HRIS or ERP systems

Familiarity with mobile learning and microlearning solutions

Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments

Arabic language proficiency
