General Manager

Industry: 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, E-Commerce, Factory& Distribution Automation  Location: Singapore or Malaysia  JobType: Full-time, Permanent About the Position An experienced General Manager isrequired to develop business in Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate has5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in 3PL, warehousing,logistics, e-commerce, factory automation, or distribution automation. Strongunderstanding of warehouse and logistics automation and experience insolution-based sales are preferred. Main Responsibilities ·      Develop new customers and newbusiness opportunities. ·      Manage existing customers andbusiness accounts. ·      Build strong relationships withcustomers, partners, and distributors. ·      Understand customer needs andprovide suitable solutions. ·      Prepare and conduct salespresentations. ·      Manage the full sales processfrom prospecting to closing. ·      Research the market andidentify new customers and opportunities. ·      Monitor competitors and developsales strategies. ·      Identify new markets andchanges in the market. ·      Work closely with internalteams, partners, and distributors. ·      Maintain customer and salesinformation using CRM and other tools. ·      Travel regularly in Singaporeand Malaysia to visit customers and partners. Requirements ·      5+ years of proven salesexperience. ·      Experience in solution sales ispreferred. ·      Experience in 3PL, warehousing,logistics, e-commerce, factory automation, or distribution automation is anadvantage. ·      Strong communication andpresentation skills. ·      Good English and local languageskills. ·      Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team. ·      Self-motivated, flexible, andwilling to take initiative. ·      Good relationship-building andcommunication skills. ·      Basic knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and CRM systems. ·      AIDC industry experience is anadvantage. ·      B.Tech / B.E. is preferred. Employment & Salary Employment: Full-time,Permanent    Salary: SGD7000 ～SDG8000 per month, depending on experience andskills. Sales, automation,logistics, and new business development experience in Singapore and Malaysiaare highly valued.
