How you can make a difference

We are looking for a Financial Controller Real Estate & Construction (RE&C) to join our Business Services Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial control activities related to real estate and construction, with a primary focus on lease accounting and rent-related financial processes. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, closely collaborating with colleagues from the Netherlands and supporting a key area of our business.

Financial Control & Reporting

• Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for the RE&C area
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data and reporting
• Prepare, develop, and improve financial reports, analyses, and models that support business decision-making and external reporting requirements
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Perform reconciliations, validations, and financial controls to ensure the reliability of financial information
• Support balance sheet and profit & loss reporting related to lease and rental activities
