Recruitment Consultant

Agilis Search is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow with us. Established in 2025, Agilis Search was created by a team with over 50 years of combined recruitment experience. Having spent years working in recruitment and seeing first-hand what works — and what doesn’t — we came together with a shared belief that recruitment should be more human, flexible and relationship-led. Now, as Agilis Search enters its next stage of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us. We’re open to both full-time and part-time applications, offering flexibility for the right person. You’ll be joining Agilis Search at an exciting stage of its journey, with the opportunity to help shape and grow the business while developing your own client and candidate relationships across Suffolk and North East Essex. We’re looking for someone who understands recruitment, knows the local market and wants the freedom and opportunity that comes with being part of a growing independent consultancy. Our office is based at Little Bealings, on the outskirts of Ipswich and close to Woodbridge. We’re still a young business, but we have significant experience behind us and big ambitions for the future.
