Technical Services Engineer

Key activity: In course of aircraft transition, operation or storage, the Technical Services Engineer assists the Technical Services Manager and Chief Technical Officer to conduct the tasks related to continuing airworthiness management and technical support of customers’ NAA registered aircraft in accordance with the contract requirements and as specified by the legal and mandatory requirements of the applicable NAA regulations.

Continuing Airworthiness Tasks:

• Help to maintain the working relationship between the AEPS departments, the customer and all third party teams,
• Participate to the different meetings as contracted with the customer,
• Participate to the scheduled meeting with the Airworthiness & Technical Services team,
• Participate to develop effective processes that support the ongoing management of the Airworthiness & Technical Services department
• Help to ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements pertaining to the continuing airworthiness management activities are fully understood and in compliance, and the continual development of the quality audit program,
• Help to ensure that all future changes to regulatory and legal requirements are understood as far as is practicable,
• Help to ensure effective project management as required.
• Manage and schedule the planned maintenance that enables optimal aircraft availability and On Time Performance for the customer,
• Manage and control all the technical records, scheduled maintenance & engineering tasks,
• Review and prepare workscopes,
• Assist the customer for the aircraft CofA issuance or renewal,
• Manage and control the use of the tolerances and exemptions used or granted on the maintenance activities

Qualifications: Thai National Man or Woman 5 years experience Degree in Maintenance Aeronautical field or Engineering Aeronautical field. Preferably from following university: Chulalongkhorn, Suranaree, CATC. Other university with similar Maintenance syllabus are accepted. English language at level 650 to 700 is a minimum (TOEIC) KNOW HOW Customer focused and adaptable in approach, Ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements, To have a professional and calm demeanour, Demonstrated problem solving ability, Highly motivated, innovative, and competent personality, Having the capability to set priorities, goals, and objectives and to develop Project Plans to achieve them.
