Quality Engineer

Process Quality Management (PQE) Monitor and improve manufacturing process quality performance. Analyze process defects, yield performance, and reliability issues. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities. Support process validation, NPI, and qualification activities. Develop and maintain SOP, control plans, inspection standards, and quality procedures. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, IPQC, and OQC teams to resolve quality issues. Monitor SPC data, process trends, and quality KPIs. Support customer complaints investigation and improvement actions. Ensure compliance with ESD, cleanroom, and customer quality requirements.

Supplier Quality Management (SQE) Monitor supplier quality performance and incoming material quality. Handle supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers. Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and quality assessments. Review supplier quality documents, process controls, and inspection standards. Support supplier qualification, PPAP, FAI, and material approval activities. Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and follow up effectiveness. Coordinate with IQC, Purchasing, Engineering, and suppliers for issue resolution. Analyze supplier defect trends and incoming inspection data. Support material change management and supplier continuous improvement programs. Ensure supplier compliance with company and customer requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information or related fields. Good command of spoken and written English. Minimum 1-5 years (or new graduate is welcome) of quality management experience in large optical communication companies. Experience dealing with well-known customers in the optical communication industry. Familiar with production process and principles, and manufacturing processes of optical communication products. Strong quality awareness and proficient in applying quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D. Familiar with and understands ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements. Strong communication (Thai-Eng), coordination, and presentation skills, good learning ability, calm under pressure with strong stress tolerance. Proficient in common office software applications.
