Limousine Transportation Dispatcher
Authentic provides dispatch and operational support for U.S.-based limousine and chauffeur transportation companies. Our dispatchers are the people who keep real trips running smoothly in real time —coordinating drivers, confirming details with clients, and solving problems the moment they come up. This is not a call center role. You won't be reading from a script — you'll be actively managing live transportation operations for clients in the United States. What you'll do: Coordinate chauffeurs and confirm trip details before and during pickups
Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients throughout their trip
Handle last-minute changes, delays, and unexpected issues calmly and professionally
Monitor multiple trips and conversations at the same time across different systems
Follow Authentic's internal procedures and U.S. transportation industry standards
Escalate and resolve problems quickly, keeping clients and drivers informed
No previous dispatch or transportation experience is required. We provide full training on the software, procedures, and U.S. transportation operations — what we're looking for is the right person, not a specific resume.
Excellent spoken English — you'll be speaking directly with American clients and need to be clearly understood and able to understand a range of American accents
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain a situation clearly and calmly
Fast, practical problem-solving ability — comfortable making a judgment call under time pressure
Ability to multitask across several conversations and software systems at once
Comfortable learning and using computer systems and new software tools
Reliable and professional, with a stable work history
Able to work evening-into-overnight shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
Able to reliably and consistently commute to 6th of October City
Background in any of the following is a plus, but not required: customer service, call center/BPO, hospitality, reception, travel, logistics, or administrative roles
